Get the Most Out of Your ESOP Workshop

September 11, 2013 // Business, Professional Associations

September 25-27 2013 in Costa Mesa, California

There are a growing number of companies looking for a more sustainable business model, transitioning from generation to generation, or simply considering all their selling options.  Employee ownership is a great vehicle to share equity and improve employee engagement.

The National Center for Employee Ownership will host and sponsor “Get the Most Out of Your ESOP” conference from September 25-27 2013 in Costa Mesa, California.  This three day event will feature a number of experts on employee ownership.  Day one will focus on building an ownership culture.  Day two will focus on communications for employee owners and the third and final day will focus on sustaining a company of owners over the long term.

I will be the “day three” luncheon keynote speaker addressing a number of issues regarding employee engagement and sharing the lessons learned at Geil Enterprises Inc. a 91% employee owned company.  If you are currently an ESOP company or contemplating an ESOP transaction, I encourage you to attend this three day event.  It will be worth your investment.  Contact me if you have any questions at
